The accomodation
This peaceful and cozy accommodation, nestled between Mountain and Lake, can only be the essential element for an unforgettable stay. Located 3min from the ViaRhona (cycle path along the Rhône River), 15min from Lake of "Bourget" and all its activities, 20min from the pik of "Dent du Chat", 30min from Aix-les-Bains (spa town) and Chambéry (prefecture of Savoy).
Many varied activities will satisfy all tastes: cycling, hiking, canoeing, swimming, mountain, thermal baths, castles, ski slopes... (see activities below)
On the ground floor of the house, this 55m2 apartment has a large and bright living-dining room with an old-fashioned chimney, a fitted kitchen, two cozy bedrooms, a bathroom and a separated toilet. You will also appreciate its pretty garden with trees and flowers with VIEW ON THE MOUNTAIN to enjoy nature or an outdoor meal, adjoining a storage room for your bicycles or other items. House fully equipped with the essentials and even more, to make you feel like "at home" (games, books, hair dryer, etc.)

- The accommodation accepts the presence of pets (dog, cat), you must ensure respect for the premises: do not use the bed linen for the animals, nor the bedding and the sofa, you must pick up their excrement, and clean up any incidents...
